We are an established national staffing agency seeking tech savvy, professional staff for a 3-week temporary project distributing customer satisfaction surveys to passengers on CATS buses.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Staff will ride on board their assigned CATS buses and distribute customer satisfaction surveys to passengers (on paper). After collecting the surveys, the staff will ensure that they are properly completed before turning them into their supervisor at the end of each shift.
MANDATORY TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Monday, June 17 - 8am-5pm (training immediately followed by field work)
ONGOING SCHEDULE - READ CAREFULLY:
Data Collection will take place between 6am and 9pm Monday-Friday, and from 8am-8pm on Saturday and Sunday. IMPORTANT - all staff MUST work on both Saturday and Sunday for the next 3 weekends. Applicants will also be scheduled for 2-3 weekdays per week, but scheduling on the weekdays is flexible. Staff can work from approximately 6am-3pm or from approximately 12pm-9pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, staff can work the full 12 hour shift, an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be fully available to work every Saturday and Sunday through July 7.
Must be able to stand on your feet and conduct surveys on a moving vehicle for up to 8 hours.
Must be polished and professional in appearance and demeanor.
Must be proficient with reading, writing and basic math.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
PAYMENT: $15.00 per hour. We pay weekly via direct deposit or pay card.
