ServiceNow is seekingEnterpriseArchitects to join ourTeam.The Enterprise Architecture Team is part of our pre-salesorganizationfocused onbuildingcredibility and trust with the technical leaders in our largestcustomersbydeveloping cross-functional strategies andsolutions.Our team bringstechnical expertise,real-world experience, strong executive engagement skills and an inspirational mindset to help ourcustomers understand the opportunities of the “platform of platforms” vision.Weact as technicalleadersforour customersmost complex solutions,designedtoensurethatthey canrealizethe value they need.We do this byleveragingbest practice and industry standards to buildcustomertrust andarchitectbest in class solutions.
While collaborating with customers,partners, andthewiderServiceNow sales team, theright candidatewill create and communicate high-level architecturesand strategiesthat are both written and verbal,to audiences up to and including the CIO/CTO level. TheEnterpriseArchitectwillelegantly articulate the advantage of ServiceNow being built on a single cloud platformconsistingofa singleuser interface, one code base and one data model. TheEnterpriseArchitect will also lead and participate in the delivery of workshops, best practiceoverviews,and educational sessions to existing customers and partners.

- Engage with customerexecutivesto identifypain points and opportunities to deliver value and thentranslatethem into solutionsfrom ServiceNow
- Work with a wide variety ofcustomers, colleagues and partners to help them understand the power of the Now platform and the potential opportunities of the future of work
- Lead architecture and design engagementsto demonstratehow ServiceNow meets the needsofstrategic customers,including;IT Transformation,Digital Products/Services,Platform as a Service, Enterprise Service Management,andtheco-creationofindustryspecificsolutions.
- Understandthe businessstrategyof the customer and articulate how ServiceNow can enable and deliver value to their organization,seamlesslyintegratinginto their current and future technology landscape
- Understand the detail behind the ServiceNowand platform of platformsarchitecture and communicate it at various levels
- Work with architecture development methods, modelling approaches and architecture patterns for integration
- Interact at multiple levels within a customer account (Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, Directors, VPs, and CXOs) and maintain these relationships throughout their customer journey.
- Provide thought leadership and collaborate with internal ServiceNow business units
- Identify, lead and contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, workshops,etc
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

- An intrinsic ability to understandandprioritizework.

- 57or more years of proven success in influencing senior technology leaders to drive changein a pre-sales, customer, or delivery focused role.
- A track record of success in using Human CenteredDesigntechniques toexplore the customers current reality and set a visionforthe future.
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture or ApplicationArchitecturepre-sales in asoftware vendoror professional services environment.
- Familiarity with common Enterpriseand Industry Architecture frameworks such as: TOGAF,Zachman, IT4IT, BIAN,TMForum, etc.
- A goodunderstanding of the architectural principles forcloud-basedplatforms that include SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation
- Experience and understanding of multiple technical domains - application, data,DevOps, AI/ML,integration, big data, mobility, analytics, etc.
- Intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies and developing innovative solutionsExperience presenting architecture concepts, designs, and goals to technology leaders and partners
