- Design high-level Enterprise solutions using any number of automation and data-driven technologies such as .NET Core and React/React Native, low-code/no-code, RPA, Microsoft Power Automate, Azure (i.e. Data Factory, API Management, Functions, etc.), Snowflake, and Power BI
- Develop implementation plans including approach details, resource plans, timelines, and cost estimates
- Create presentations and other relevant content, deliver clear and concise messaging about the solution architecture to client stakeholders
- Define and/or enforce delivery standards as it relates to the use of technologies for solution development
- Act as Lead Solution Architect for one or more strategic clients, delivering thought leadership across multiple functional areas within technology and in alignment with business goals and strategy
- Contribute to client marketing initiatives including but not limited to speaking at conferences, authoring articles/blogs, facilitating webcasts or lunch & learns, and developing point-of-view presentations
- Work closely with competency leads and project management to maintain high-quality, efficient output and deliverables
- 4-year degree (or work experience equivalent)
- 10+ years of agile based software/solution development experience
- 7+ years consulting experience across a broad base of clients
- 5+ years of architecting solutions involving one or more automation technologies or custom software development
- 3+ years of DevOps practices and procedures
- Ability to lead whiteboard style meetings with client stakeholders and clearly communicate objectives, vision and technology alignment
- Ability to rapidly develop prototypes or proof-of-concepts using new technologies to prove out ideas
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Scrum Master certification preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple assignments
