Lumina Agency INC is seeking motivated Event Setup Staff to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will help prepare venues for a variety of events by setting up equipment, organizing event spaces, and ensuring everything is ready before guests arrive.This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and being part of dynamic event operations.ResponsibilitiesSet up tables, chairs, staging, signage, and event equipment.Prepare venues according to event layouts and specifications.Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing event materials.Ensure event areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.Work collaboratively with team members to meet setup deadlines.Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.Assist with event breakdown and venue restoration after events.Provide professional support to ensure successful event execution.
