ICF—together for tomorrowICF seeks a 406 Regional Liaison Coordinator/GIS to support Disaster Recovery efforts in Puerto Rico. Serving as the Project Liaison you will facilitate the work of PDMG's. You will manage operational objectives and priorities, track and report progress of PDMGs activities. You will resolve issues, support the Determination Memo process. You will couch and mentor PDMGs.You will maintain the overall progression of projects. Also verify the PDMGs have scheduled weekly follow up meeting with applicants to ensure excellent customer service is being provided throughout the Grant development.Qualifications and experience you’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience

Commercial Construction Project Management experience preferred

Grants Management experience is welcomed

GIS experience

Bilingual Spanish and English

Proficiency with construction Management tools including Xactimate is preferred

Proficiency Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, organize time effectively

Flexibility of schedule and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent referrals from past employers

Experience with prior disaster recovery construction/ restoration efforts is welcomed but not essential
