Job Title: SAP - Functional / Business Analyst

Location: Baton Rouge, LA State (Remote until Covid settles)

Project start date: Immediate

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Hiring Manager’s Note: We need to fill 3 positions in September. Here are the details on the job description. These are more like Business Analyst roles who has knowledge and expertise to handle business functions in Revenue recognition area and some exposure to SAP RAR.

Critical Skills:1. Ability to understand the customers bespoke revenue recognition system, customers business processes and how it relates together.2. Take leadership in training business users, driving solution adoption and business transformation 3. Revenue Recognition experience4. Excellent soft skills, interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with business people, at all levels, and third parties.5. Service environment experience6. Proficient in business analysis and SAP front end navigation

Nice to Have Skills:1. Super user level knowledge of SAP system functionality, with an emphasis on modules below:a. SAP user knowledge (AO/BW).b. SAP user knowledge of ECC FICO.2. Experienced Accounting & Finance knowledge. Able to understand revenue recognition accounting entries and trace these through the SAP front end.3. Must demonstrate that they are IT literate (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint).
