This is both technical and business knowledge.· Business process knowledge of the processes around project system.· Strong communications skills to be able to communicate with the business. Must be able to communicate in both business and technical language.· Ability to prioritize and manage their own work. This is critical where we are working remote and need a person to be driving issues and requests.· Ability to do knowledge transfer to the internal team on project systems technical setup and business best practices.· Documentation skills to follow documentation standards with our tools.
