A global leader in business and technology servicesJOB INFORMATIONJob Title: SAP Scrum Master Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana Role: Long Term Contract (Can work remotely till the time COVID-19 situation settled down) Description:•Someone who have managed SAP projects and performed below Scrum roles will fit the requirement- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies such as Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives and Daily Stand-ups etc.
- Protect development team from outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline.
- Work closely with project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.
- Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and key stakeholders.
- Direct and lead development team from project initiation through delivery of final product.
- Guided projects to completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Addressed problems through risk management and contingency planning.
