They must be willing to relocate to Baton Rouge within the first 60 days after hire and must be available for direct hire. We may need to bring them in initially as subcon while we work on the conversion.

SAP SuccessFactors:

Certified in SuccessFactors (Payroll or Time preferred)
Strong analytical abilities
Already experienced or able to successfully complete SAP HR Training (HR306 - Configuration of Time Recording | SAP Training HR310 - SAP HCM Time Evaluation (w/ Clock Times))

Configuration of SAP Wage types and Time Types
Configuration of SAP Wage and Time types generation
Configuration of SAP Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS)
Configuration of SAP Work Schedules
Configuration of SAP Holiday Calendars
Configuration of SAP Payroll Areas and Period Parameters
Creation and maintenance of SAP Time Evaluation Schemas and Sub-schemas
Knowledge of internal forced recalculation procedures within SAP Time Evaluation
Creation and maintenance of SAP Personnel Calculation Rules
Knowledge of how and when evaluated employee master and time data are stored in SAP cluster tables
