Come to IBM and make a global impact!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Dev Ops professional, you'll work in an Agile, collaborative environment to build, deploy, configure, and maintain systems, which may include software installations, updates, and core services.You'll pair with development teams to enable a continuous integration environment that sustains high productivity levels and emphasizes defect prevention techniques.
You'll automate and optimize processes, using tools like Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Gradle, Chef, Puppet, Docker, and UrbanCode.
You'll design and implement tools for automated deployment and monitoring of multiple environments.
You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test and production instances.
This position will require relocation within 30 days of the IBM Baton Rouge Client Innovation Center permanently opening. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Experience with Cloud technologies in at least one of the following (Red Hat, Openshift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, IBM Cloud)
At least 1 years experience with Cloud
At least 1 years experience with Dev Ops
Experience in integrating layers and platforms, cloud architecture and concepts of DevSecOps, DataOps
Experience with tool chains and continuous integration/continuous delivery
Experience with solution assessment for performance, refactoring, platforms, multiple points of integration
Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience with APIs
Experience with multi-cloud environments (nice to have)
Experience with toolchain automation and automatic deployment
Experience with Feature Toggle, Release Toggle
