Very busy and upscale Italian Restaurant in Downtown Baton Rouge is seeking a qualified EXECUTIVE CHEF. Qualifications include:
-minimum 3 years working as a Chef, Sous Chef and/or Kitchen Manager
-ability to follow recipes and prepare menu items according to proper specifications
-reliable transportation
-passion for cooking
-ability to handle high volume
-ability to lead a kitchen by following proper food and chemical safety protocol, execute proper set up and break down and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
