Mowing foreman level employee needed for growing Lawn and Landscape company in South Baton Rouge
-Must have been in crew leader position before and have and understanding of how to manage a mowing crew.
-Must have experience in lawn care and be able to manage employees and schedules for mowing services.
-Must own transportation to get to and from work with valid driver's license.
-Must have knowledge of how to operate lawn and landscaping machinery safely and effectively while providing quality work.
-Must be reliable and on time daily.
- Must have references from previous jobs worked - resumes are welcome in addition to reference list.
-Must enjoy working outdoors, and in good physical condition (can tolerate long days outside in the heat with few breaks)
-Serious inquiries only as we are looking for long term employees ( at least 1 year with company).
This is a quality based company and all employees are expected to uphold care of equipment and quality of work based on the operating principles of this company. We determine hourly pay based on experience and information obtained through the interview process.
