Primary Purpose: The Primary purpose of the Assistant Project Administrator is to provide support to the Project Administrator by assisting the day-to-day operations of the project team and professionally represent your BMCC team by understanding and acting by the companys core values, leading by example.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities:

-Properly answer and distribute main phone line for business unit.

-Properly process payroll on a weekly basis, including all required documentation.

-Provide positive first impression for all guests and employees entering office.

-Properly maintain and procure office supplies with approval of the Project Administrator.

-Assist business unit manager in group/client events and outings.

-Maintain office calendars.

-Oversee contracts for office services.

-Process new hire packets and document with HR as required.

-Execute all required mailing and shipping activities

-Coordinate office equipment and service contracts relating to equipment.

-Maintain office IT inventory.

-Process IT hardware and permission requests.

-Conduct new hire orientations.

-Process check requests.

-Properly process 3rdparty payroll and invoicing.

-Project documentation- daily reports, two week look-aheads, safety meetings, OCIP/CCIP- enrollments/reconciliations.

-Other administrative functions requested by Project Administrator and approved by business unit manager.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

-Must have at least three (3) years administrative experience.

-Must be able to multi-task and possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

-Construction-related administrative experience is preferred.
