Must Have Skills:

A Salesforce Administrator with great communication skills who is certified. Must have experience in Salesforce Classic with Lightning and knows how to build Community/Digital Experience.

Nice to have Skills: • Review, analyze and evaluate system configuration, business requirements and user needs. • Act as subject matter expert on configuration including profiles, roles, security, workflow rules, customization of objects, record types, page layouts, validations, reports and dashboards, custom objects, flows, digital experiences (communities), as well as best practices and other configuration options. • Act as a subject matter expert on the data gathered in Salesforce, how data relates between objects and how data should be used to support business requirements. • Acts a as subject matter expert on data loading including defining data templates, defining corrections and executing data loads as needed. • Define and execute updates to reports and dashboards as needed to support business requirements. • Drive the planning and requirements gathering process to help influence enhancement requests and also to develop solution concepts for new initiatives. • Troubleshoot issues, provide recommendations, and implement solutions in the areas of data integrity standards, data quality, and overall Salesforce system usage. • Support the project life cycle including requirements, research, testing and deployment of Salesforce enhancements.
