Roofing Service Technician
Ace Roofing Inc. - Baton Rouge, LA
Responsibilities :
Build/develop relationships with new and existing customers through excellent service and communication.
Diagnose and make professional repairs on all roof types.
Understand how every major roof type will leak or fail, and determine life expectancy of the roof based on this knowledge.
Perform field inspections, and develop a scope of work to maximize the life expectancy of every major roof type, and provide verbal labor estimates to supervisor.
Communicating and coordinating with the office staff.
Must follow all safety rules and regulations.
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather year round.
Extensive travel required within the state.
Basic Qualifications :
Previous commercial roofing experience required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a drug test.
Be able to work well on your own and in a team environment.
Must have the ability to consistently lift over 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time, $48,000 to $70,000 per year including base pay and commissions.
