Cotton Culinary is seeking experienced Chef Manager for our Carlsbad OneLodge!
We provide high quality nutritious meals at a family-like dining hall to our Oil & Gas clients.
Successful Chef Manager will have a minimum of 2-5 years controlling inventory, managing staff, food & labor costs experience.
MUST be eligible to work in the US
MUST have a valid driver's license
MUST pass a criminal background check & drug/alcohol test
MUST be willing to travel (work schedule is 28 on, 14 off)
MUST speak, read and write English (bilingual a plus)
