Currently seeking resumes for an Office Administrator position for oil and gas company in Many, LA. Candidate must be professional, dependable, well organized and work in a team environment with others. This position requires someone that is efficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and organized note taking. Duties include but not limited to; filing paperwork, extensive computer work, receiving invoices from vendors, send/receive emails, organizing/completing job books, etc.
Job requirements include but not limited to; high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 years' experience as Office Admin or equivalent. Prefer candidate with experience in oil & gas. Hourly wages will be based on experience starting at $15.00/hour working 40-50 hours per week.
