DescriptionAccountemps is currently seeking a skilled Human Resources Data Analyst for an open position with one of our elite clients. Organize tasks to ensure that all deadlines are met
Research and resolve HRIS issues
Maintain and gather information to create special reports
Solid ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential information
Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations.
Proficient computer skills and proven ability to use Microsoft Office at an advanced level
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and background
Requirements
BA/BS in Human Resources, or related field, preferred.
3-5 years of HR Analyst experience with experience in HRIS system conversions and Payroll interfacing.
