Join our team to help build a better, more sustainable world for future generations!The Account Manager role will be focused on Data Analytics and Process Support for the data center Global Accounts team by helping to develop, implement, and administer critical demand/supply balance processes, GAM/Account key work processes, and customer-back performance metrics. This role focuses on data-driven process improvements, creating robust performance measures, and providing ongoing administrative support across accounts, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency.Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll enable our Caterpillar and Cat Dealers to achieve higher levels of accuracy in forecasting, inventory management, PQVC, and production planning. This role is integral to improving the transparency and effectiveness of the processes for our global accounts.What you will do:Data Analysis and Performance Measurement

Support in processing and analyzing data on demand forecasting, inventory levels, and production schedules to assist decision-making for global accounts.

Help to create and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery rates.

Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key insights to the global account team.

Process Improvement Support

Work alongside Global Account/Portfolio Managers to identify areas for process enhancement, focusing on demand planning and supply planning.

Help document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in the different processes.

Assist in implementing process automation and other data-driven improvements to enhance accuracy and streamline workflows.

Administrative and Operational Support

Provide ongoing administrative support for the different area processes, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Facilitate the creation and update of dashboards to monitor demand changes, finished product inventory levels across the supply chain, and production performance timelines.

Assist on coordinating communication with Caterpillar teams and Cat Dealers to ensure alignment and transparency in processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a key resource in facilitating collaboration among Global Portfolio Managers, Dealers, and the Supply Chain team, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment.

Support global accounts by assisting in scheduled meetings and maintaining communication on forecast updates, production changes, and performance reviews.

Partner with Global Portfolio Managers to respond to queries from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy in data reporting and providing relevant support.

Track changes within processes, identify potential risks, and suggest adjustments to ensure operational stability.
