Position Description: Do you love tackling new Production Support challenges? Do you have a history of countering business challenges and creatively solving issues at pace? Your future duties and responsibilities:• Performing continuous improvement of systems by analyzing performance metrics of different programs and come up with optimizations and tuning of long running SQL queries,• Must be extremely good at deployment methodologies and help coordinate with production support teams on quick defect fixes /release fallout handling by permanent fixes within change windows specified.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Bachelors Degree At least 8+ years of experience in:• Proficient in Mainframe technologies - COBOL, JCL, IMS DB/DC• Must have experience working in offshore/onsite 247 support model• Co-ordination with various teams to help resolve and fix production Issues• Working experience in Healthcare Claims systems• Must have experience using support tools - ESP, File AID, SYNCSORT and XPEDITOR• Knowledge on ITIL processes - Incident Management & Problem ManagementRequired Skills - Mainframe IMS DB/DC and Production Support
