Looking for dependable Maintenance person for 2 apartment complexes in New Iberia. Must have own tools and own transportation. Maintenance (handyman), along with knowledge of HVAC, experience a plus. Duties included, but not limited to, maintaining the building, minor repairs to apartments (i.e. minor plumbing, minor electrical, minor carpentry).
