CASTING ATHLETIC AWARD CEREMONY EVENT STAFF!

JOB DESCRIPTION: A+ Staffing is casting Event Staff for an athletic award ceremony in Lafayette, LA on May 15.
Event Staff will assist with the overall production of the event. Examples of some responsibilities include (but are not limited to) ticketing, ushering, award distribution on stage, backstage assistance with running materials as needed, managing the photo op and encouraging participation, and providing an overall positive experience for all attendees. Staff should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs to assist with general setup/teardown. Staff must be proactive and willing to take initiative in their role. Experience with event production and/or in sports is a plus! Selected staff will be required to pass a brand expectations quiz.
LOCATION: Lafayette, LA
DATE: Wednesday, May 15
TIMES: 5pm 9 pm
Times are estimated and subject to change
PAY: $23/hr
W2 position
ATTIRE: Nice black pants (no rips or tears), black non branded shirt, black shoes preferred.
