CGI is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience to join a project team which is leading a business critical initiative to expand the use of Salesforce for its sales and marketing organizations. The Developer will provide insight into the Salesforce Forecasting capabilities to further leverage Sales Cloud within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal business and IT stakeholders to contribute to the creation of designs in adherence with the organization's Salesforce strategy.

Your future duties and responsibilities Key Responsibilities:• Map business goals to the Salesforce ecosystem and execute on a plan for alignment across marketing and sales teams• Evaluate the current forecasting solution and provide recommendations, through design and POCs, to further leverage Sales Cloud and the Forecasting module within the organization. Ensure that the system designs balance function, service quality, security, and system management requirements• Communicate with business users/leaders and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment• Partner with the development scrum teams and other IT groups to optimize the Sales Cloud solution.• Produce tangible deliverables including solution designs and execution.• Configure Salesforce orgs via declarative tools, including workflows, process builders, reports, dashboards, etc.• Participate in the application life cycle from design to development, testing, deployment and support of Salesforce application with integration layer• Take ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code• Provide technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement• Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace

Required qualifications to be successful in this role• Candidate should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications• Must have at least 5 Years of SFDC development experience (Certified Salesforce.com Developer Preferred)• Experienced with Salesforce User access control, including permission sets, roles, hierarchies around Sales Cloud objects• Configuration of multiple Forecast module types, rollups, including by region and currency• Able to build in Opportunity Splits, Product Families (from an external source), Line-Item Schedules, and territories in the Forecast module• Building in calculations around Recurring Revenue for Forecast schedules for subscription products• Utilization of custom fields and objects within the Forecast module• Able to configure External Users in a portal to access their Accounts and Opportunities using built-in Salesforce access control and User Permissions• Detailed experience within implementing the Salesforce Forecast module in a complex dataset environment• Experienced in both data visualization, manipulation and analysis utilizing data internal to the Salesforce platform as well as external data sources• Mapping and integration of large and complex datasets easily and quickly• Getting the most out of the baseline Salesforce Sales Cloud reporting capabilities on Forecasting• Experienced in employee data used to create defined cross-functional team structures within Salesforce to create hierarchies for dynamic forecasting breakdowns by multiple Salesforce Account Types combined and separately• Mapping of external datasets and proprietary applications to standard Salesforce objects such as Products

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $66K - $100K
