Remodeling Carpenter wanted Must have a truck and basic carpenter tools and tool bag etc,
-Must have experience in Framing and can tie into existing roofs for additions etc,Installing Hardi and vinyl Siding, -Installing drywall , -Small amount of Finishing drywall, -Small amount of Painting skills, -Finish work-Hanging doors etc,all of any type Trim & moldings installation, -Installing Ceramic on floors and in showers -Must know Flooring installation (Ceramic,sheet vinyl,VCT ect,), -Small amount of plumbing skills like toilet install or tub/shower/fixture install,sweat copper , -Small electrical skills like replacing a receptacle or switch, -Counter tops -like plastic laminate installation skills, -Concrete forming and finishing, I NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN DO IT ALL,
In other words skilled in all aspects of remodeling or renovation of a house,
-Must be clean cut & Honest since we work in customers homes also.
15 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT CALL UNLESS YOU ARE A ESTABLISHED CARPENTER-NOT A OIL FIELD WORKER OUT OF WORK
ALSO YOU MUST HAVE A TRUCK
1099's AT YEARS END UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR OWN WORKERS COMP INSURANCE
