Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
Greets guests and offers assistance and/or instruction in the use of the Spa.
Completes register transactions for Spa services and retail purchased.
Responsible for assisting guests in the relaxation area.
Maintains Spa facilities in clean and attractive condition.
Maintains par stock levels for Spa supplies.
Schedules Spa and salon appointments.
Reports any safety hazards to supervisor.
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in a cash handling position preferred.
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required; must be fluent and literate in English.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Must have basic computer skills, including the ability to operate a POS system.
Knowledge of fitness, exercise equipment, and spa facilities preferred.
Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area; ability to maneuver in order to assist guests in the proper use of equipment.
Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
