LAWN MOWING & MAINTENANCE (Full Time): Sulphur
Full-time lawn mower and weed eating specialist needed to be a part of our team as soon as available for large RV park including mobile homes and cabins. We are an equal opportunity employer.
Regular hours are 8 hours per day Monday-Friday. On rainy days, experience with maintenance work is a plus since there are many jobs available to help crew.
We are seeking a career minded individual motivated by the potential of future advancement within a growing company. This is a position for a proactive professional willing to work and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Compensation: $10 per hour depending on experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be reliable, dependable, trustworthy and self-motivated.
Must be all-around handyman willing to do a large variety of tasks.
Must work well with others.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to follow company established policies and procedures.
Must be able to carry a weed eater and be on their feet for most of the day.
Must have good verbal communications skills.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be willing to submit to DRUG TESTING.
Prefer experience with maintenance work including electrical, HVAC, remodel, mechanical, sheetrock, painting.
