Property Preservation Contractor
$40-$80k starting with advancement and partnership opportunities.
Seeking full time workers with a strong work ethic interested in becoming Property Preservation specialists in Lake Charles and the surrounding areas. Full training is provided but certain skills are necessary, such as handyman skills, knowledge of tools and equipment, time management skills and adequate computer skills. Some tasks are as follows:
- Debris Removal
- Professional Cleaning
- Winterization, De-Winterization and pressure testing of plumbing systems
- Lawn Maintenance
- Securing
- Minor Repairs
- Roof Tarping
- Lock Changing
- Various Maintenance Work
- Boarding
- Providing bids for various minor construction projects ie. roofing, plumbing, etc
EARN $1,000 PER WEEK OR MORE!
This is a 1099 subcontractor position. You are responsible to for your own taxes and/or reporting. There are no company provided insurance available at this time. Any certification and/or insurances a plus!
Compensation varies based on how much work you choose to take on and how often. Our company services a variety of clients ranging from high-profile, high-volume companies to smaller, boutique investments such as real estate brokers, local banks, etc. Depending on the scope of work requested by the client, we provide extensive in-field training on an active job site and work closely with each team member through the training process to ensure success and quality work completion. Once thoroughly trained, compensation can be evaluated.
Requirements for Qualified Contractors:
- Clean Background
- Drug Free
- Dependable mode of transportation
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Smartphone (iphone or droid) for GPS, documentation, email communication
- Must have excellent communication skills and be detailed in completing each job
- Must be dependable - time is of the essence so if you say you can be there, show up!
- Must be able to be responsible for expenses related to getting the job done
Job Type: Per contract $40,000 - $80,000 starting with advancement opportunities.
Experience: Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
