We are looking for a property manager of a large apartment in southeast Texas.
Duties:
Assists manager is scheduling and coordinating the duties of on-site staff
Address tenant concerns and needs in a timely manner
Assists manager in performing regular property inspections
Follow proper tenant intake procedures
Ensure money management guidelines are followed
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Requirements:
One year of property management experience preferred
Knowledge of tax credit program preferred but not required
Proficient in MS Office Package
Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
Education: High School Diploma or GED
