Senior Technical Support Specialist include: - Resolve Help Desk issues and user request assigned to PC Technicians
- Provide day-to-day on-site and remote support for PC's, Peripherals, network printing, and applications.
- Perform new computer setups and OS upgrades.
- Provides training on how to use PC hardware and software as need by our users
- Maintains IT documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications: - 1 to 3 years IT tech support experience.
- Basic Trouble Shooting skills
- Basic knowledge of various PC hardware and windows 10 OS.
- Basic knowledge of Computer Fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of MS office
