Make yourself at home with us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)Position PurposeInstrumental in the research, development, design and presentation of marketing and promotional materials/programs to support patient growth & retention.Scope of PositionThe Marketing Business Development Analyst performs a wide variety of duties and responsibilities related to marketing for all clinics. Primarily, the Marketing Business Development Analyst will be responsible for developing and facilitating activities that drive patient growth and patient retention. Marketing Business Development Analyst must work independently and rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.Primary Responsibilities:Develop creative marketing solutions to maximize patient value, grow patient census, and evangelize the brand in the competitive market space while supporting our business objectives

Ability to travel clinics and communities throughout Metairie, LA.

Research and develop tactical plans to support innovation, new clinic and program launches, and combat competitive pressures

Develop and implement internal and external communication and activities that drives patient and employee satisfaction and retention

Develop relationships with community based organizations and qualified agents for the purpose of creating, enabling, and nurturing patient retention, growth, and/or sales opportunities

Coordinate all communication and marketing & grand opening efforts for clinic expansions

Demonstrate knowledge of customers' current business landscape and historical performance

Assist with analysis of economic considerations, marketing forecasts, estimate costs, and manage program/project budgets

Work with internal and external creative marketing entities to produce advertising and brand collateral materials

Advocate and influence applicable internal and external decision-makers to drive pursuit of productive opportunities

Develop solid knowledge of emerging trends in the market and advocate for innovative approaches to meeting patient needs

Plan, implement, and coordinate sales, patient and staff events

Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
