Estimator
Monroe area millwork business established in 1952 is looking to fill a Full-Time Estimator position. Training available with long term advancement opportunities for dedicated individuals.
Rolls and Responsibilities:
Ability to work as a team member.
Maintain a positive work environment and follow directions.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be at work when scheduled to work.
Must be able to Multi-Task.
Must be able to perform task with minimal supervision.
Must be detail oriented. Estimating cost for projects requires intense concentration researching architectural plans for bid preparation.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and basic office equipment.
Skills Desired (but will train):
Ability to read architectural plans.
Able to communicate professionally with Contractors and their employees.
Good organizational skills.
Able to work in office with others without disrupting their work.
