EMEA time reporting for employees spanning 18 countries, and APAC reporting in eight counties. Develop timesheet profiles specific to region
time profile to display entitlement balances
Automate year end quota generation
Manages 5 direct reports to ensure accurate and timely processing of daily tasks and requests.
Direct interface with the EC and HR Shared Services teams concerning payroll issues
Take leadership role in developing and overseeing training provided by the payroll team
Sets priority and SLAs for team and resolves any conflicts.
Enforces procedures, policies, data standards, and controls to ensure data integrity.
Assists with troubleshooting, new system implementation or system updates as they arise and related configuration including additional SuccessFactors modules.
India and LATAM will have similar work
Canada has been configured for Time Entry via Success Factors -SAP
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related human resources discipline or equivalent education
3+ years of Payroll experience with 2+ years of SAP Time Reporting experience
Supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
