Job Responsibilities: Clean and maintain designated areas on a daily basis.
.Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, empty trash
.Report Maintenance issues to your supervisor , Maintain and stock rooms and restrooms as needed.
.Able to work as a team player, work in groups of 2-3 more. Must be able to take orders from your supervisor or lead person
.Must be teachable .
.Must have reliable transportation and dependable vehicle.
JOB SKILLS: REQUIRED
Must have a sense of integrity, pride and great work ethic in your work and love for cleaning and organization .
Extreme attention to the smallest detail work.
Initiative to take on task without being told or being monitored .
PREFERRED :
High school diploma or GED
6month-1years cleaning experience
Knowledge of the 4 core microfiber system
