Overview:
We will be expecting all Deployment Technicians to work 40 Hours per week and be able to work flexible shifts, as some of the deployments will need to be completed out standard business hours and at weekends.
Hours: 8 hours within 06:00 AM to 08:00 PM additionally upon decision, the candidate will work shift work within 08:01 PM to 05:59 AM. This will be determined ahead of time if the manager sees fit due to workload.
Incentives: There will be a mid-completion cash bonus if half of the contract is fulfilled and an additional cash bonus at the end of the project. There will be monthly gift cards for candidates with; perfect attendance, great work ethic, and great performance reports.
Interview: Interview will be face to face and will consist of a performance of technical capacity such us a build of equipment in a mock environment.
The Workstation Deployment Technicians will be expected to have experience in completing the following
tasks at a minimum:
Follow organization documented processes to the letter
Unbox hardware and dispose of all material correctly
Image Workstations
Install and configure Identified IT hardware,
Not limited to PCs, Thin Client, AiO, Monitors, Document Scanners, Mounting
Arms, Peripheral Devices, Printers and other devices that are used by End Users.
Take daily direction from a project representative and report back process daily.
