Description:
ï§ The Accounting Manager will handle day to day Accounts Receivable functions such as posting receipts, verifying details of transactions, reviewing delinquent accounts, pursuing collections and preparing reports for weekly analysis and management review. This position also serves as a back up to the Accounts Payable function to verify invoices and supporting documentation, entering invoices, processing weekly check runs and EFT, and verifying vendor statements. 5+ years of full cycle accounting. experience including A/R, A/P and month end close.
ï§ Hands on experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (Oracle, Great Plains, SAP)
ï§ Intermediate to expert Excel for daily use of VLookup and Pivot Tables

Requirements:
-Customer service oriented communication skills -Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VLookups and Pivot Tables -ERP such as Oracle, Microsoft Great Plains Accounting, or SAP experience desired
-Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred
-Strong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
-5+ years of recent relevant financial experience
