We are a rapidly growing insurance agency with 3 locations throughout the New Orleans and Baton Rouge Market. We have an immediate opening for a bilingual account rep in our Kenner office.
Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements
Must have a Property & Casualty Insurance License
Must speak fluent Spanish & English
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
