Partner with the best

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that web-based applications, components and features are tested and meet the business requirements. You will work collaboratively with the immediate team and with other teams across different lines of business to lead discussions focused on quality engineering best practices.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering medium-sized quality engineering stories and tasks on time
  • Applying Agile principles and methodologies to all work
  • Utilizing best practices for Testing, Automation, Security and Scalability
  • Integrating project testing with continuous-integration frameworks
  • Working with fellow team members to interpret test results, diagnose bugs/defects, document results and formulate solutions
  • Participating in quality engineering discussions about test planning and testing methodologies as well as presenting your ideas through white boarding and presentations

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Have experience writing test scenarios and test cases
  • Have basic experience creating test data based on business requirements
  • Experience using test automation frameworks like Junit, Jasmine, Selenium or Cucumber
  • Have strong experience testing SOAP or REST based web services using tools like Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, or Storm
  • Experience writing code for the purposes of testing
  • Experience with issue-tracking and agile project management systems such as Jira, Rally Confluence or Gitlab
