Job Title: Salesforce BA Location: New Orleans, LA Job Type: Contract (Long Term) Job Overview: 1. Plan and conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and / or understand current business processes. 2. 5+ years of Process Analysis Experience is a must have for this role. 3. 3+ years' experience in Salesforce Process Builder and Workflow rules. 4. Create and own User Stories for Data profiling and mapping. 5. Develop and maintain product backlog(s) and coordinate with others on dependent stories. 6. Prepare requirements packages, features, user stories, participate in grooming sessions, manage requirements traceability changes, artifacts, as well as develop reference and resource materials. 7. Drive, develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the program, including functional and non-functional specifications 8. Lead Agile ceremonies, driving the discussion for sprint planning and user story refinement. 9. Clarify requirements questions during technical design, architecture, development and sprint testing 10. Work with Architect and development teams to design overall solution 11. Field questions from stakeholders / end users during user acceptance testing and perform triage; identify potential options to aid in the resolution process. 12. Support various testing activities - User Acceptance Testing, End-to-End testing, Production Validation 13. Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs meet requirements. 14. Meet training requirements and follow established procedures and propose new procedures 15. Provide reasonable estimates for work products. 16. Encourage adoption of new functionality by deploying training and documentation. 17. Communicate regularly with the user base regarding new features, enhancements, and changes. 18. Document processes, field maps, procedures, and workflows.
