MUST have restaurant experience with a minimum 2 years in upscale casual dining atmosphere. High volume restaurant. Must have strong kitchen skills, be knowledgeable of local New Orleans cuisine.
Be a team player and have a can do attitude.
Must be available to work nights, weekend mornings and nights. We operate Wednesday thru Sunday, with Lunch on Fridays and Brunch Saturday and Sunday.
