Seeking a highly skilled, passionate and technique driven Executive Sushi Chef for sushi restaurant coming soon to New Orleans!
This is a very exciting opportunity to be a part of something from the ground floor!This person will lead the kitchen and eventually grow into a larger role as the company grows. This person must truly understand how important it is to have well balanced rice to accompany the fish. No over the top, complicated sushi roles its all about the knife cuts and execution.
Please have excellent management abilities and able to implement systems. Previous restaurant opening and training experience is highly valued.
