What You’ll Do:
Lead, train, and motivate front of house staff to deliver outstanding service
Ensure smooth daily operations during lunch and dinner shifts
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Manage schedules, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless service

Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience (required)
Strong communication and leadership skills
A passion for hospitality and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Flexible schedule — must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
