Key Responsibilities
Bartender:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Restock bar supplies as needed.
Server:
Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and take accurate food and drink orders.
Deliver orders promptly and ensure guests have everything they need for an exceptional dining experience.
Handle payments and resolve any guest concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Support Staff:
Assist servers and bartenders by clearing tables, refilling water, and delivering food or drinks.
Ensure the dining and bar areas are clean, stocked, and ready for service.
Provide backup support during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
Uphold a positive and team-oriented work environment.
