Well established Multi-Family Service Company in New Orleans has an IMMEDIATE opening for a highly motivated, experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech.
Hiring immediately- At least 2 years' experience in the Apartment industry is required.
Basic knowledge of;
carpentry,
plumbing,
electrical,
drywall,
painting,
appliance repairs,
HVAC certification is a plus BUT NOT REQUIRED.
Duties will include but not limited to make ready apartments, maintenance work orders, and all other issues that might arise to keep the community up and running. Must be able to handle on-call maintenance emergency after hour calls on a rotating schedule.
Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance and current driver's license is a must.
This is a full-time 8-5 Mon-Fri position with occasional on-call/after hours. On-call is 1 week at a time on a rotating schedule.
