Growing property management company looking for a part time or full time Maintenance/Handyman. A great positive attitude is required. Most of the work is located in Orleans Parish. - small to medium plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, leaky and broken pipes (excluding underground or excavation work)
- replace and install sinks, toilets
- install bathroom vanities and kitchen counters
- remove drain clogs in sewage pipes, toilets, sinks and bathtubs
- install faucets (both sink and bathtubs)
- install and relight hot water heaters
- PAINTING (small or big jobs)
- exterior and interior painting
- windows and doors
- storm shutters
- base and trim
- wallpaper removal
- drywall texture
- APPLIANCE REPAIR
- stoves and ovens
- dishwashers
- washing machines and dryers
- refrigerator ice-makers
- garbage disposals
- PROFESSIONAL HOUSE WASHING (Pressure Washing)
- homes, walkways and driveways
- gutter cleaning and debris removal
- CARPENTRY
- fix rotted flooring
- door installation and trim
- door locks and deadbolts installation
- drywall (Sheetrock) repairs and texture repairs
