Insurance defense law firm is seeking a full time file clerk with a minimum of three years of administrative experience. Applicant must be able to meet deadlines, provide support to multiple attorneys and staff members, be able to manage multiple tasks, be detail oriented and must possess the ability to function well in a team environment. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Duties include, but are not limited to filing, data entry, scanning, printing and organizing voluminous documents.
