Small but busy Westbank plaintiff-oriented firm seeks part-time Law Clerk for legal research and brief-writing. Ideal candidate will be 2L/3L with 3.0 GPA or higher, have legal research experience (using both written and electronic sources), have excellent writing skills, be an out-of-the-box thinker, and be available 15 hours/week (3 hours/day) during the school year. This part-time position pays $15/hour. Duties include: extensive legal research pertaining to personal injury law; drafting of briefs, pleadings; assisting attorneys and paralegals with trial preparation; preparation of internal memoranda; compilation of unique and effective legal arguments.
