OrthoSynetics provides business services to Orthodontic practices nation-wide. This position supports the efforts of the marketing department by providing creative to meet client objectives. This position is responsible for designing creative including, but not limited to, website development and maintenance, ad campaigns and print advertisements, brand development, promotional posters and flyers, e-mail advertisement and internal marketing creative. Creative produced at OrthoSynetics covers a wide range of mediums and is a great opportunity for growing your skill set and portfolio. Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of the latest graphic trends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with creative and account team to determine client needs and project specifications
Create and develop unique designs based on client goals and objectives
Modifying and editing designs
Staying within timelines and deadlines for completion dates for projects
Manage the production process including preparation of final file types as required by printer
Direct website initiatives including website development including content, look and search engine optimization
Purchase and maintain company stock photography library
Meet client goals while working within the constraints of costs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline, plus 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience with graphic design programs and skills as well as ability to design and develop websites and emails.
Skills
Strong inter-personal skills
Understands graphic design terminology, design standards and esthetic design concepts
Thorough understanding of graphic design programs including full Adobe Creative Suite package: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
Proficient in the following web languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery
Proficient in computer and web-based technologies including CMSs
The ability to communicate ideas effectively (both 'transmit' and listen)
Ability to prioritize tasks
Team player
Good organization and self-management skills
Creative
Multitasking often working on multiple projects at one time
Equally proficient at both the "big picture" and small details
