Terraces at Metairie II is actively seeking an industry experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team!
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Community Manager with all property operations including resident relations, answering phones, event planning, vendor management, marketing and leasing!
Additionally, he/she will be expected to compute, classify and record numerical data to ensure property financial records are complete! This position will perform any combination of routine calculating, posting and verifying vendor payments, and process resident rental payments!
OneSite software experience and previous property bookkeeping experience is a HUGE PLUS!
