Westbank's #1 Fitness Center is now hiring! Manhattan Athletic Club is seeking a Front Desk/Café Customer service professional who is responsible for providing exceptional service to all members, guests, vendors and staff, whether by phone or in person and upholding the club's operating standards in a professional manner at all times. Outgoing and friendly personality a must. Experience a plus but not required. Equipment maintenance and swimming pool knowledge a plus. Hours are TUESDAY & THURSDAY 3:30PM - 11:30PM and SUNDAY 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
Required Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally; providing appropriate eye contact, smiles and body language, and verbally when giving and taking information over the phone and in person.
Ability to remain flexible in order to adapt to changing work environments and/or schedule.
Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
Exhibit a professional and polite appearance and demeanor at all times.
