Apartment Maintenance Tech

Full time maintenance technician to turn apartments ready to rent. Will also assist in work orders for occupied apartments. Must have own tools and minimum of three years' experience turning apartments from not ready to ready. Discounted employee housing is available. This will be a 40 hour per week position and will have a set schedule with fixed days off.
